WEEKLY CLASS SCHEDULE
Monday 6.30am - Restorative - all levels welcomed. Unwind in a tranquil environment, prepare to sink into a restful state of bliss and comfort. Known to bring a sense of mellow peacefulness, decrease stress and allow the body to rejuvenate.

Wednesday 12 noon - Gentle Flow - a flowing accessible yoga for all levels, combines movement sequences with breath. Gentle movements, easy to follow. Has been known to improve balance, mobility and flexibility and overall mind body connection.

Wednesday 5.30pm - Strength Flow - Vinyasa flow with a focus on strengthening and toning. Creating Tapas (heat) to fire up your muscles and tune into the breath and body. This one can be a little bit spicy muscularly. Accessible also for beginners/intermediate to yoga who are looking for a bit of a workout.
